I wanted to send flowers to a friend and I live in another state. I also wanted to order from a local florist vs a big corporation. I made an excellent choice. Kelly could not have been nicer and listened attentively to what I wanted. She is even going to text me a picture so I can see what I sent. That is customer service at it’s finest! Vicki

Called up and placed an order with Kelly and it was so simple. Kelly was helpful and took my order with ease. My wife will be pleased with her flowers when they are delivered today. Thanks Kelly!

The turn over rate seems to be very high. Due to this If you have a question most employee's will not be able to help you. If you do happen to find an employee who's helpful, knowledgeable, and nice it seems like they don't last long here. I loved the lady in floral with the long blond hair. I haven't seen her around latel2 so I'm sure she left as well?
